We are a high-quality Spanish Immersion Arts Integrated Preschool operating with a large family daycare license. We have been in operation since January 8th of 2013.

At first, we had plans to expand from a home-based preschool to a large preschool center. When COVID hit everything changed. Parents switched their preference from large centers to the safety of small home-based preschool. Adapting to the new reality, we evolved our growth model to expanding our home-based preschool into new units.

Our vision is to become land developers and build a child-centered living community where every townhome is designed to be a home preschool.

In all those years the school is operating, we have been developing and perfecting our own curriculum. Currently, our teachers are testing it and our educator fine-tuning it to be produced and launched in the market. The curriculum is part of an ecosystem we are assembling to create training & business opportunities for preschool teachers. Each townhome unit in our community will be a franchise of our home-based school.

Considering that a big issue with home-based preschool is privacy, we will develop land/townhomes so each unit is designed to host both preschool & the family living in the same unit, keeping both separated from each other.

With this growth model, we will solve multiple problems: lack of quality preschools, lack of preschool spaces, lack of continued education and support for teachers, lack of Spanish immersion preschool education, lack of low-income housing for teachers & lack of competitive business opportunities for preschool teachers.

There is a high demand for our program in Santa Rosa. We have plans to expand within our county, and our dream is to expand nationally and later internationally. Our preschool has been visited by local licensing and city planning officials and they both recognized us as having the best program they have ever visited. We collect success cases with previous families that graduated from our program, and we have a loyal and growing loyal & grateful community.
